Interactive Overlay Districts

In accordance with the recommendations from the 2022 Future Land Use Plan and the Build a Better Boulevard Plan, the Town of Cramerton has established two overlay districts: 1. The Wilkinson Boulevard District – Sets additional standards for new development along Wilkinson Boulevard. 2. The Mill Village Character Overlay District – Aims to preserve the character of the historic mill village by establishing extra standards for new development in the area.
